Lauren Conrad Channels Queen B

Lauren Conrad may be a trendsetter in her own right, but judging from her latest ensemble, it looks like she's been tuning into too many episodes of Gossip Girl.
Her fabulously flobby bow headband added a charming touch to a black chiffon mini dress, opaque tights, and shiny pumps. The look was sophisticated with an edge, uptown with a touch of downtown, sweet with a splash of sass. Blair Waldorf would be proud.
