Lela Rose, a longtime fashion designer and notable wedding dressmaker, is dipping her toe into special occasion shoes with Payless. The cheap and chic collection, called Unforgettable Moments by Lela Rose, features thoroughly modern dyed-to-match pumps, stilettos, and slingbacks that are high in style and low in price.
The Shoe Styles
The collection includes five satin women’s dyeable styles, which are available both in-store and online for around $45. Available exclusively online will be two additional women’s shoes and two coordinating satin handbags in a few key colors.
Defying the dowdy dyed-to-match cliché, Lela's collection features slingbacks, peep-toes, ankle-wraps, and T-straps, among others. There are a variety of heel heights, with a majority reaching a manageable three inches.
The Shoe Colors
Customers can choose among 64 colors, a stylish palette handpicked by Lela Rose. Everything from buttercup to baby blue to burgundy is available, giving prom-goers the opportunity to match their dress, their jewels, or their date.
After selecting a shoe style and color, customers can order their shoes online or in store and the customized shoes will arrive within ten business days.
