Homecoming Hairstyles for Long Hair

If you want to wear your hair down for homecoming, take a cue from Miley Cyrus. Soft, big waves are romantic yet glam… especially when your hair is super shiny!

Rinse your hair with a shine conditioner. Blow dry it with a large round brush. If your hair is fine, use the brush to lift up your hair at your roots and blast them with heat (just be careful you don’t blast it too hard- you don’t want to end up with burnt hair!)

Use a wide barrel curling iron (1.5 to 2 inches round) to create soft waves. Make sure to curl the ends of your hair only. Spray your curls lightly with loose-hold hairspray. Run your fingers through your hair to break up the curls, and then hit the town!
